These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription to The Inner Edge, a daily mental longevity programme delivered by WhatsApp, operated by Noam Sagi. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

We have written them to be as clear and human as possible — because clarity is something we value here, in every context.

1. What You Are Subscribing To

The Inner Edge is a daily WhatsApp-delivered mental longevity programme structured as a 12-month journey. Each day you receive a short message — The Spark, The Edge, and The Move — designed to build meaningful, compounding change in your inner life over time.

Your subscription gives you access to the full daily programme for as long as it remains active.

2. How Billing Works

Your subscription operates on a monthly rolling basis. This means:

  • You are billed once per month, on or around the same date each month.
  • As long as your subscription remains active, your daily messages continue and billing continues automatically.
  • There is no fixed end date — the programme continues month by month until you choose to stop.

Nothing changes unless you ask it to. No surprises. No automatic upsells.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel at any time. There is no minimum subscription period and no cancellation fee.

When you cancel:

  • You will be charged for the remainder of the current billing month only.
  • Your access and daily messages will continue until the end of that month.
  • No further charges will be made after that date.

To cancel, contact us at pa@noamsagi.com with the subject line: ‘Cancellation Request.’ We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription runs to the end of that billing period.

4. Restarting the Programme

If you cancel and later wish to return, you are warmly welcome to do so. However, please note:

  • Every new subscription begins at Day 1 of Month 1.
  • The programme does not resume from where you left off.
  • Your previous progress is not carried over.

We consider this a feature, not a limitation. The Inner Edge is designed to compound from the beginning. Every restart is a genuine fresh start — and those, in our experience, tend to go deeper than the first.

5. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change the monthly subscription price. If we do:

  • We will give you a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect.
  • The notice will be sent to the contact details held on your account.
  • If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect with no additional charge.

6. The Programme and Its Content

All content delivered through The Inner Edge — including all daily messages, frameworks, and programme materials — is the original work of Noam Sagi and is protected by copyright. It is provided for your personal use only.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, screenshot for public sharing, or commercialise any part of the programme content without prior written consent.

7. Your Privacy

To deliver your subscription, we hold your name, contact number, and billing information. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for any purpose other than operating your subscription.

Message delivery is facilitated through WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, which are separate from ours.

8. A Note on What We Offer

The Inner Edge is a personal development and mental longevity programme. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service. The content is educational and reflective in nature and is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional help.

While we are deeply invested in the quality of this programme, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as individual results depend on personal engagement and circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via WhatsApp or the email address on your account at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
